I have used these dummy's when my 2 year old was a baby and he accepted and loved them, our 7week old is pretty much 50/50 on these as sometimes she'll accept it and the other she'll prefer her other type of dummy, they are good dummy's just unfortunately we've gotten a mixed result for our children. Unfortunately my 8 week old baby won’t take any type of dummy and this is no different. I don’t know much about dummies but this one seems pretty standard. The tear appears to be a good size for a young baby and is smooth rubber. I feel the individual sterilising case on these dummies (and many others) are a waste of plastic and not environmentally conscious. Read Less
