We were very lucky to be selected for a trial of these nappies and I was overall very happy with the nappy, how it fit, its absorption, and ease of use!

First impressions/ease of use?
These are a great starter nappy for someone who wants to get into the.l cloth diapering world, but likes the convenience of disposable diapers!
The Velcro feels very similar to using and fitting disposable nappies, without the waste and ecological impact!

Absorbency/leakage
Even with minimal prepping, these nappies lasted around 3hours on my 11 month old, which is pretty much the same as any other cloth or disposable nappy. I was very happy with its absorption.
We did have a couple leaks but this is to be expected with a new nappy and new style.

Fit & comfort for baby
Over all I was really happy with the fit on my daughter, and she seemed comfortable and was able to move normally while wearing the nappy. We did have an issue of the Velcro rolling during a nap - and rubbed on her inner thigh (blue nappy pic). It didn’t seem to bother her too much, but I would recommend really focusing on flattening the Velcro prior to leaving on baby.

Would you recommend it to others or buy again?
I would definitely recommend these to anyone who is in the market for a Velcro nappy, or wanting to ease into the reusable nappy scene and is terrified of the snap nappies.
I also really liked that this nappy had both built in absorption and booster option. It can be tailored for your child’s needs really easily!

Any other feedback you'd like to share?
My partner was very excited to try out these Velcro, as he finds snaps overwhelming and fiddly. These would be great nappies for those with less finger dexterity, low confidence in fitting nappies, and those with crocodile babies that never stay put during nappy changes!

I was fortunate to be selected to trial the nappies. As a part time cloth mum to two little ones (1 and 2.5) convenience and simplicity is key to day-to-day goings.

A snapshot of my review-

First impressions/ease of use?
Lovely packaging, nappies were nice and soft. The patterns were nice, a little bright for my liking, but simple with the pattern. I was eager to try the velcro for convenience with other family members trying to use cloth at home and daycare.

Absorbency/leakage
I have a power-wetter and although they held a bit, they didnt quite hold enough. I would like to see the inner absorbency removable to help with cutting down drying time.

Fit & comfort for baby
I found them quite bulky compared to our usual nappies, both with and without the added insert. The velcro fronts were quite stiff and not as sticky as I would have liked, making them easy for both babies to undo before I could get pants over the top of them. argh! haha They also were annoying to clean effectively as the velcro didn't have tabs to stick to and got stuck on other baby clothing in the main wash. The front tabs also seemed to flick out, something I tried to re-do several times with different fits both with the velcro and snaps but couldn't get a better fit.

Would you recommend it to others or buy again?
They are great to have available in the supermarket for convenience. As an already part time user though, I find other nappy brands better suited to my girls and their body shapes.
Any other feedback you'd like to share?
The packaging was good, however the pre-wash instructions need adjusting as they say to do a cold wash... the prewash is far more effectively done at 40-60degrees.

Otherwise, they were a nice nappy to trial, however not suited well to our babies. Maybe better for smaller babes and for those interested in trialling cloth with the benefits of the velcro closures to mimic disposables.
