I was expecting this to be another silly toy with little benefit and just loud and bright.

Boy was I wrong!

This toy captured our kids attention for a decent time, as soon as their attention span turned, rotate cube and their engaged again.

This toy aided our at the time 4 month old to learn to sit. He would hold it as tried to maintain balance when he positioned himself to sit.

My baby daughter learnt how to make animal sounds because of this toy. She began to make the Moose sound for a cow and was mimicking the toy. It encourages hand eye coordination as well as sitting independently. The price is very reasonable for what it is and I've only had the change the batteries once in the six months she has had, considering she uses it every day.

I read that a toy like this cube would help teach my baby to sit up independently and I swear it did! I would have him sit up and try to play with the cube since it was about the right height for his hands to support himself. We stopped using it for several months but now that he understands animal sounds, he loves pressing the colourful animal shapes. Very excited to see him understand the rest of the buttons :)
