Having an unwell newborn is tough on everyone involved. After speaking with chemist they suggested using this to help build up bubs health again after being unwell. With not alot of over the counter medicines available we were happy to try. A bit expensive but would do anything to see them better again. Just mixed into their bottle.

This work ok for us. Our baby was breast fed and had some tummy issues when her mother was needing to take anti biotics so we purchased this to use. Easy enough to mix with her milk but we didn't use it long enough to see amy long term effects. I think it helped with the tummy issues we were experiencing at the time, due to the antibiotics.
