After our daughter was hospitalised and put on oxygen at one week old we were recommended to use regular saline drops to prevent the oxygen from drying out her airways and causing blockages. We have tried Flo spray, Flo drops, and fess spray, and Flo spray is definitely our favourite. It’s more powerful than the drops, and seems to spray with high velocity at any angle so we don’t have to worry about baby’s position when we use it (which is several times a day!).

Removing the mucus is made easy with flo nasal spray.

We love the design of the bottle as when inserting the tip into the nose entrance it’s easy to use one hand to press down and mist the solution.

The bottle is easy to hold and use one handed which is so important for the nights with no support

I bought the FLO Baby Saline Nasal Spray hoping it would be a gentle mist for my baby’s blocked nose. But even though it’s called a “spray,” it doesn’t actually spray – it shoots out more like a stream or squirt, which was quite uncomfortable for my little one. It startled my baby and made it harder to use, especially when they were already fussy.

The saline itself works well and helps clear mucus, but I really wish the nozzle gave a fine mist like other baby sprays. The design is misleading, and not ideal for newborns or sensitive babies. I ended up switching to a different brand with a gentler mist.

Overall: good solution, but poor delivery. Wouldn’t repurchase.
