We bought this one to try when bubs had irritated sore skin around his bottom. We found even after applying a thick layer of this it didn’t really protect that well or act as a barrier. We reverted back to another brand of nappy barrier cream and stopped using this one.

Palmers bottom nappy rash cream is well priced and all you need to use is a little cream at a time. Definitely good value for money. The cream has a nice fragrance and feels nice and soft. My babies bottoms were always free from rashes when I used this cream.
