By far the best product for eczema. This was the product the hospital sent us home with when my baby was hospitalised for extreme an extreme eczema breakout and I will stand by it forever. It's super greasy and keeps my baby moisturised overnight. I recommended it to a friend whose baby also has eczema and I see her recommend it to other parents as well

Super hydrating and great for itchy skin (even where skin has been broken).
The con is that your baby looks like they are permenantly greasy and if they are fidgety, the ointment will likely get on to your clothes and "stain" it until you wash it.
Great as an alternative to steroid creams on the days we aren't using it.

We have used or tired what feels like every cream available and the last one recommended by our GP was this one to try and combat my toddlers eczema. So far, this one is working the best at keeping it somewhat at bay. We use twice a day, being an ointment its quite oily but a little goes along way. We may still keep trying others but this is my current go too, we have one in each bag!
