Great support following c-section. Made me feel safe and supported through working to returning to the gym, as well as throughout the day. Helped with confidence in clothes in the early days of post-partum. I was able to wear the same garment through both pregnancies, 2 years apart - durable and long-lasting, easy wash & able to put in the dryer.

Great for anyone who will need a c-section. This supports your muscles and abdomen get back to themselves. I wore these for my six weeks of recovery and honestly felt I had the support I needed to get back to myself. My recovery took two weeks and I believe these shorts considerably expedited the process.

I loved my SRC Shorts - I had some complications during pregnancy that required I wear compression shorts during my pregnancy.. These were so good post birth too, it meant I recoveered quickly and helped my healing process from birth as well as my complications. They wash well and bounce back to shape everytime, they are also good to resell.
