I have three car seats and this is by far the worst. I'm so upset at myself for buying Maxi Cosi after this seat. My 15month old just doesn't fit in the seat properly and the straps fall off her shoulders. The infant insert is too small for her, the shoulder strap pads don't stop put, and the straps cut into her neck. I've spoken about my problems with this seat in mothers groups and have several other mums commented their Luna Smart seat does the same thing. Definitely regret buying this one.
