Bought this thermometer and loved it. So fast to use and talks so dont need try and see reading during the night. However if you dont remove batteries between use they just go flat. And removing the batteries is very very difficult which is a great safety feature but a bit annoying.

I've always used a digital under arm thermometer until it broke so I brought the Amcal brand forehead thermometer its really accurate because I tested it against the hospital machines and it was the same. Its so easy just point at baby's head it only takes about 4 seconds to get a reading.

I've used this thermometer for a few years and have found it to be very accurate and easy to read. It reads out loud the temperature and displays either a happy (green), average (orange) or sad (red) face according to normal, high or very high temperature. It's easy to use on unwell children as you just place it on the forehead and press the button at the back for an instant reading. It has date, time and memory settings too although I never found much need for these. Good product and a great price compared to others on the market. Uses a CR2032 battery which can be bought at major supermarkets. Highly recommend.
