When choosing the best white noise machine for a baby, there are a couple of things parents should keep in mind.
First, avoid anything that’s placed in or close to the cot. Toys that integrate these types of sounds are cute, but the chance of them being used too close to your baby is high (and SIDS guidelines state there should be nothing in the cot, too). Place machines at least 200cm from your baby’s cot or bassinet.
