We have either a Flo mist or a spray in our medical kit at all times. One of my kids suffers horrendous sinus infections and these help to relive the pressure in the nose and clean it. As it doesn’t have any smell/taste, it’s not so difficult to administer, babies don’t seem to mind and toddlers do realise it’s like water when sprayed.

Flo Nasal Mist is definitely a must have around to help us when our nostrils get dry due prolonged period of time using aircon which I'm pretty sure everyone does during this warm weather. Flo Nasal Mist is great cause they are preservative free and non medicated so it's a great help.

I usually use the saline spray but saw this nasal mist and gave it a go. I do prefer the mist over the spray as it is softer when using and the button on the top I feel is easier to use than the spray which needs 2 fingers press down to use. The main downside is the larger bottle so takes up more room as I carry it with me in my handbag.
