Congratulations, you’re having twins. Once you’ve got your head around that fantastic fact, you’ll need a pram for twins (among other things).
The Tell Me Baby community has rated the best pram for twins they’ve tried and shared their opinions on what has, or hasn’t, worked for them.
Based on twin pram reviews, we’ve put together a list of the top double prams our community loves. You can also take a look at our double pram comparison to find the top-rated prams.
The Mountain Buggy Duet is a popular choice for parents in the Tell Me Baby community. This pram easily converts from a single to a double side-by-side pram and boasts lots of storage. One parent said she conveniently used adaptors for her twin’s capsules in this pram until they were four months old.
Another reviewer said, “I loved our mountain buggy! It was light and easy to steer. The seats could be fully reclined so hubs could sleep. Both seats can be set at different positions. Folded flat and would fit in the car without any issues.”

Made from 50% recycled plastic and 50% bamboo charcoal fibre, the Bumbleride Indie Twin is the perfect pram for twins. Featuring an individual 5-point safety harness and oversized canopy, your babies will be safe and secure while using this pram. While some parents said the Indie Twin was a bit heavy to lift, they would still recommend this product.
One mum wrote: “This is the best purchase we made for our twins after doing copious amounts of research. I am happy to say that after ten months of using it every single day, multiple times a day, it was worth every cent and I would have paid way more for it too!”

Convert the Bugaboo Donkey2 pram into single or duo mode with a few clicks. For parents of twins, set it up so that the seats are side-by-side. Parents say the storage is a big plus.
“Even when in the duo mode there is still a heap of room underneath for your shopping,” said one parent.
Another said: “Love how it fits through standard doors. The foam-filled tyres so no need to pump the wheels, and don’t have to worry about getting flat tyres.”

Thanks to the pump up wheels, the Valco Baby Snap Duo Sports Pram is perfect for parents who love to go off terrain.
One parent wrote: “It easily fits and manoeuvres through aisles, doorways and hallways. It’s got amazing steering and control and is light and easy to fold! The only thing is both seats are front facing with no option to turn one around which I didn’t think to check.”

With all-terrain wheels, the Baby Jogger Mini GT Double is another great pram for all surfaces. The double seats recline to a near flat position, and it folds itself. Simply lift the straps, and the pram will do the rest.
A mum of twins wrote in her review: “I have twins and this has been perfect. It’s lightweight, so easy to push and folds up easily for the car. Buckles are easy to manoeuvre. It fits through doors easily as well. The downside is that one of my four-month-old twin is a bit chubby and it’s getting a bit tight for him.”

The Babybee LUNA is twin ready thanks to the included LUNA Cocoon that’s suitable for newborn up to six months. However, it only comes with one Cocoon, so parents of twins will need to purchase another one.
One parent wrote in their review that this pram is the “best value for twins.”
“The price is very low for the quality that you get. The pram is very stylish and well made. It fits through most standard doors and comes with a range of accessories (newborn Cocoon – you have to buy the second one separately, rain cover and pram liners).”
