I got it as a gift. I have seen videos previously and Had high expectations from it. It rocks the baby well but not very comfortable for sleep. I had to put a little cushion mat to support bub and make him comfy. I like their safety feature that it stops if bub is not positioned correctly or moves a lot.

Initially purchased this product as our newborn was refusing to be put down which made it impossible to get anything done. As I was recovering from a C section holding her 24/7 was not an option. She loves her 4moms or as we call it her fourth mum. Finally my partner and I could enjoy a meal together before it went cold. It's very good to settle unhappy baby too although it is not a safe option for baby to sleep in this product. If you are looking for something comfortable and relaxing this is the product

Great product, is obviously expensive.
We purchased this as a gift for my sister, who then passed it back once we had our baby- seemed more economical with multiple uses across the family.
My little one is hard to settle, he's quite windy and colicky.
As he is getting heavier my back is starting to really feel it...then we remembered this device.
Im able to rock him a few times in my arms and transfer to the rockaroo from there.
