We use a2 milk full cream as well as light. We usually prefer to keep a2 powder milk as a backup when our stock for the liquid milk is over amd you don’t have much time to go shopping your grocery. I do not see any difference in taste. Plus powdered milk can be stocked for longer time which can’t be done for a2 liquid milk. Great product to have in our pantry.

I use this milk powder when I am not feeling up to eating much and need to increase the calories in my diet. I will mix a scoop or two in with a glass of a2 milk. It adds calories and calcium without altering the flavour unlike with other brands you wouldn’t even know.

It is a great product after using an alternative brand we found this helped achieve a more creamy and well-set yoghurt and had a richer taste overall. I would definitely recommend this milk powder for making yoghurt.
