Alula Allergy 12m+ has been a nice addition to my 16 month old's diet after struggling to find alternative dairy-free supplementary drinks. It gives me peace of mind knowing I am boosting his vitamin, mineral and probiotic intake given his allergy to dairy, and love the versatility of being able to use as a drink on it's own, in smoothies or even baking. My boy wasn't a huge fan of the flavour on it's own but happily drinks it mixed with a fruit and veg smoothie, making it an easy option for us to have every day. Finding a completely dairy free supplemental drink can be tricky so I would recommend other parents of CMPA kiddos give it a try!

We recently tried Alula Allergy 12m+ toddler milk and overall had a positive experience. I did find that it was a little tricky to mix at first — the powder tended to form lumps and it was hard to get them out just by stirring or shaking. I ended up using a milk frother, which worked really well and made the drink nice and smooth.

Once it was mixed properly, my toddler really enjoyed it and happily drank the whole cup. It’s reassuring to know that it’s an option they like, and it would definitely be a good alternative for us if we ever need to switch from our current milk.

Overall, despite the mixing being a little fiddly, it turned out to be a good product that my toddler was happy with.

I tried Alula Allergy 12m+ for my 13 month old toddler while managing cow’s milk protein allergy (CMPA) and overall there were several things that really stood out.

The instructions were very easy to read and follow, which made preparation quick and stress-free. The toddler drink mixes well and dissolves easily without clumps, and I really appreciated that there were no strong or unpleasant smells and no residue left in the bottle. This would make daily use much more convenient compared to some other specialty drinks we’ve tried.

We specifically chose a rice-based formula because it is dairy-free and hypoallergenic, making it suitable for toddlers with CMPA. Knowing that two serves provide 20 vitamins and minerals to support growth and development, and that the product is developed by nutritionists and dietitians and backed by science, gave us confidence that our toddler was still getting important nutrition.

In terms of response, my toddler happily drank the formula, which was encouraging. However, he is very sensitive to textures and did gag slightly while drinking. I suspect the texture is a little grainier compared to his previous toddler drink, which may not suit all children who are texture-sensitive.

He did however enjoy it mixed into his morning breakfast and a substitute in a batch of muffins we prepared.

Preparation fit easily into our toddler’s daily routine because it mixes quickly and is simple to measure, making it practical for regular use.

I would recommend Alula Allergy 12m+ to other parents managing cow’s milk protein allergy, particularly those looking for a rice-based, hypoallergenic option. While texture may vary depending on the child’s preferences, the nutritional profile and ease of preparation make it a strong option.

In terms of value for money and ease of purchase specialty allergy drinks can be expensive and hard to find. Making managing CMPA difficult. Alula allergy ensure proper nutrition, value for money and ease of purchase this product feels worth it.
