We bought this nappy bag because hubby and I couldn't agree on whether to get side bag or a backpack. This was a good compromise.
What I likes
- Hard wearing: is currently on it's second child and still looks great.
-Easy to clean: we found it came up nicely with just a wipe
- Lots of space
- Simple design that my hubby had not issues using
-convertible so could be carried lots of ways depending on needs

Could be Better
- Prefer a zipping front pocket rather than magnetic closure so your valuables (phone etc) are more secure when carrying in backpack mode.
- internal pockets are quite flimsy as they are made with a really thin polyester.
- The convertible compromise wasn't such a big deal as we found it easier to each have our own nappy bag after we kept taking the one Nappy Bag with the other's keys/wallet/etc/

I bought this nappy bag because it could be carried multiple ways. The nappy bag has a lot of space and pockets which is great. It's stylish and not too feminine so my husband is happy to carry it around. I do think it is too expensive for what it is and not worth $145. There are cheaper nappy bags out there that do the same thing.
After a month of use, the faux leather on the bottom has started coming apart which is disappointing considering how expensive this bag is and it hasn't been used much.
