I found this to be a good buy. Wasn't much help at the beginning and really nothing helps towards the end... But when used properly I found in the second trimester it kept my back aligned and helped relieve some of the pressure my tummy put on my back.it also helps encourage comfortable sleeping on your side when you aren't used to being a side sleeper.

I found this pillow to be great in the middle of my pregnancy at propping up my tummy, but also keeping my pelvis straight and stop it from twisting. It has two different height sizes so was helpful throughout different stages of pregnancy. I also used it to prop baby up after a feed.
