I got this product to try and help my little one settle at night and fall asleep easier.
Unfortunately it did not do anything and we did not notice any difference.
It does not smell very pleasant so I imagine the taste is much the same.
It’s affordable but just didn’t work for us

I used this as a last resort and it did nothing. Except make a mess when child would spit it at you I personally wouldn’t buy this again and I had my hopes up for even a solid 4 hours sleep out of a one year old but didn’t even manage that with no illnesses
