I love this spray. It's become part of our sleep routine to spray some of this just after bath time and before putting pj's on. It's a lovely subtle smell that doesn't linger too long but creates a nice sleep association. I spray a little on my pillow every now and then too.

I don't know if this stuff really helps calm my daughter as nothing seems to do that! But this room spray smells so nice and makes the room feel nice and cozy. I bought some the other week as part of a pack the local chemist had with some nappy cream and baby shampoo in the same range. It all smells so nice and I can't wait to use them.
