I brought this more to help with my sons dribble rash when he started teething as I love Burt’s Bees products. It does work but I find the smell quite strong and it’s very hard to get off your hands. I think I’ll keep looking for something better with a milder scent

I have this and I personally didn't find that it did much to treat my baby's nappy rash. It went gooey and didn't absorb well at all. I ended up having to wipe a lot of it off after it just stayed on top of my baby;s skin. I think other products are much more efficient at treating nappy rash.
