This was my eldest son cot from newborn until 3 years old.
We were able to transition him from the cot to the toddler bed with the rail and he transitioned into a bed with no issues at all. I feel it was quite roomie and very studry. Removing the side and adding the toddler rail was extremely easy, instructions were clear to follow.

We originally purchased one of these for our son when he was born. It is sturdy, easy to use and fits with most decor. The two level base is also good for when bub is little. We never used as a toddler bed. The cot also saw us through our second baby before being passed on.
