I used the elevit pregnancy vitamin when I first began breastfeeding, but upon further research switched to this one. It helped me a lot with my energy and I was actually deficient in iodine and vitamin b12 before starting this vitamin. I have not had any more issues since taking this.

I love Elevit products. I took the pre-conception, during pregnancy and now on my breastfeeding journey. They are so easy to take, are relatively tasteless and make me feel great every day. They have helped my milk supply and supported me to feel as energetic as possible postpartum. I highly recommend these for those who are looking for a breastfeeding multivitamin and will continue to take them as long as I intend to breastfeed.

I used the pregnancy vitamin all through my pregnancy journey, and then when I was buying that one I noticed this one on the shelf! I wanted the best for my baby (and although I try to eat healthy I don’t always) so I was keen to use this postnatal vitamin while I was breastfeeding. It’s expensive and I know a lot of mums that didn’t take this, but I wanted the best for my bubba so I made sure I could afford this. I definitely think it helped because my bubba still hasn’t had any cold/flu and it’s been 6 months!! Worth it for peace of mind while they are so little and vulnerable.
