I was attempting to eat a balanced diet while breastfeeding / postpartum, but after doing research on amounts of certain nutrients required each day (such as iodine, DHA, iron and B12) I realised that it is extremely difficult to get the required amounts from food alone. This supplement had been easy to take, and I feel reassured knowing I’m getting the right amounts of nutrients to sustain my baby and replenish my reserves. Easy to purchase from the pharmacy!

I used the elevit pregnancy vitamin when I first began breastfeeding, but upon further research switched to this one. It helped me a lot with my energy and I was actually deficient in iodine and vitamin b12 before starting this vitamin. I have not had any more issues since taking this.

I love Elevit products. I took the pre-conception, during pregnancy and now on my breastfeeding journey. They are so easy to take, are relatively tasteless and make me feel great every day. They have helped my milk supply and supported me to feel as energetic as possible postpartum. I highly recommend these for those who are looking for a breastfeeding multivitamin and will continue to take them as long as I intend to breastfeed.
