My physio recommended a hip seat to carry my active toddler as I was experiencing frequent back pains. She had outgrown the baby carriers and I found the ergobaby hip seat excellent. I am quite petite but it secures snugly around my waist and I could take her out for hours. I don’t think the carrier itself sits baby in an ergonomic position so I only used it as a hip seat when she was older.

This is one of the best structured baby carriers out there. Cool Air Mesh is great for warm / hot countries as it helps keep bub cooler during the hot months. The best part using this carrier was that I was able to safely walk while breastfeeding in carrier. Our go to carrier for summers for my husband and I.
