I've tried a few carriers over the years with my kids and this has hands down been the best one. It doesn't pull at my shoulders at all and I find her weight evenly distributed. I get zero pain. It's easy to pop on and off so even my husband uses it.

I was gifted one of these from a friend for my second baby and it is hands down the best structured carrier I've used! I love that most of the weight is carried around the hips! Most other carriers have most of the weight through the back and shoulders and would hurt after a while. This one is super comfy! My baby also loved being able to face outwards once they got a little older.
