Also, it is hard to set up and blinks until L sign appears which means ready to check the temperature. Save your money and don't buy it. There are plenty of other options out there.

We got this before my son was born thinking it would be good and I honestly expected better from this brand. The thermometer takes a long while to register a temperature reading which makes it super difficult especially with a newborn or wriggly toddler who doesn't sit still, you want something that acts faster.

We got this as part of a starter pack for our daughter when she was born and I honestly expected better from this brand.
