Unfortunately, this didn’t work well for us. A section of the heating unit broke off during use, almost as though the water or oil had affected the plastic.

Something else worth considering is placement. The vaporiser needs to be kept 1.2 metres away from people and can’t be placed on furniture, which made it difficult to find a suitable spot in my daughter’s bedroom. Her room simply didn’t have enough space to position it safely, which unfortunately defeated the purpose for us as I’d hoped to use it when she had sniffles or was congested.

On a positive note, the customer support team were lovely and very helpful when I contacted them, and I really appreciated the good warranty.

This worked really well and helped a lot when my baby came down with Covid. She was able to breathe easier and we all had a good sleep because of this vapouriser. It's subtle, meaning it doesn't release too much steam or scent and keeps baby comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Honestly a great product with long running time and easy to use alongside Euky sniffly nose inhalant. Downside is it does not turn off automatically once water has run out. Wish it had a timer or sensor of some kind to turn off to avoid inevitably burning out and breaking.
