I’d heard fantastic things about this product for a blocked nose so thought I’d give it a try. I couldn’t really get it to work properly no matter how much I tried. Unfortunately it was a no from me, but I have heard great results from others. Personally, I prefer to use a nasal spray for a stuffy or blocked nose.

I have used this myself. It was not at all pleasant to use, but it did make a difference straight after using it. I could instantly breathe better. The benefits did not seem to last long though. I suspect that you would have to use it very frequently to make a big difference- something I do not have time to do.
