I have been prone to getting sinus infections ever since I had covid and with a toddler in daycare we're literally sick ALL THE TIME! So I was hoping this sinus cleanse would speed up the healing process but I didn't find it cleaned out my sinuses well. I didn't seem to get much gunk out and it wasn't super comfortable to do either. Might be my technique but I feel maybe the bottle design could be improved on?

I almost always rely on this whenever I feel a flu coming on. And sure as day light, the very next day ill be back to 100% no issues. And if used mid-flu, it is instant relief and will definitely cut the flu period in half.

I am so greatful for trying this. I havent used it on bub as I have read some horror stories, but highly recommend for adults!
