After our daughter was hospitalised and put on oxygen at one week old we were recommended to use regular saline drops to prevent the oxygen from drying out her airways and causing blockages. We have tried Flo spray, Flo drops, and fess spray. We use the flo spray during the day for its power but like the drops overnight as they’re more gentle for a half-asleep baby to not disturb her too much. She does have to be lying right back to use them unlike the spray which can be used in any position.

I've used the nasal drops a few times when my baby has been sick but I have never noticed if it's done anything. I will definitely continue to use it when I feel like he needs it regardless of whether or not I feel like it's doing anything just in case, however. I would still stick with this brand over others

These are a staple product in my house as my boys commonly have colds where they get stuff noses and this helps to clear the congestion in a safe and easy way. They are easy to use for all ages and help our babies through the discomfort of being unwell. I highly recommend.
