I have chronic rhinitis that is worsened by various seasonal conditions. this product makes life so much bearable for me. It is an essential and good value health product. Start and finish the day with a rinse and for best results be sure to use tepid water every time I use kettle water and top up with bottled or filtered water.

Very happy with how quickly and how successfully this product has worked for me. Nothing else on the market has provided the same relief. I was using a medicated spray prior which cause nose bleeds most mornings. Using flo morning and night has helped ease the sinus congestion and pressure headaches. Happy that it is a natural product so won’t cause any long term damage like the medicated sprays possibly could.

This was a pretty cool thing to try, it was such a weird feeling, but boy does it work! I was So congested and it helped straight away, i did Do it in the shower as it can get very messy and if you do it wrong it can make you gag and that could make it all go wrong
