GAIA Nipple Balm was an absolute go-to during my breastfeeding journey. It helped soothe and comfort sore skin, and I loved that a tiny amount goes a long way, so the tube lasts ages. I also love how multi-purpose it is, not only was it amazing as a nipple balm, but I also found myself using it as a lip balm and on dry skin for both myself and my baby. Such a handy product to have on hand and one I’d happily recommend!

I used this nipple balm during the beginning of my breastfeeding journey to help hydrate and prevent cracked nipples. Now I have established breastfeeding I don’t feel the need to use it as a nipple balm, but it still lives on my bedside table and has become my go to lip balm! So a great all rounder to have on hand.
