GAIA Nipple Balm was an absolute go-to during my breastfeeding journey. It helped soothe and comfort sore skin, and I loved that a tiny amount goes a long way, so the tube lasts ages. I also love how multi-purpose it is, not only was it amazing as a nipple balm, but I also found myself using it as a lip balm and on dry skin for both myself and my baby.
