We have really liked having the glow dreaming temperature sensor as it took the guesswork out of what to dress our toddler in for bedtime.
The sensor and display give temp and humidity readings as well as a recommended Tog.
We have liked using this so much that we bought another sensor to pair with for our newborn when they move into their own room.
The sensor unit is very small and runs on batteries. The display unit requires power.

I was gifted this lovely item which was wonderful. It is definitely not an essential item to have , but it does help with knowing the temperature and what tog to use for dressing your little one. It good for first time mums but it's definitely not necessary. I did have to return it under warranty as it wasn't picking up the readings correctly.

I love our sleep sensor. I get anxious about whether bub is too hot or cold, and always worrying about what to dress them in. This is super handy in that it gives the temperature of the room and also recommended TOG, so it gives me peace of mind. It also lasts a long time if put in power saving mode. It tells you whether the sleep conditions are ideal or poor (too cold or too hot). The only thing I would change is that the beeps can be really loud when you press it to see the screen (and I can’t find a way to turn them off) which isn’t ideal in the middle of the night; however you can still see the numbers on the screen if you shine a torch on it without having to press it.
