Works well! This is a great product if you want to catch let downs on the other side and build a freezer stash. Also great out and amount if you need milk fast. I wouldn't be able to be without it!
I would however be careful with the amount of suction you apply as it can cause a bit of nipple damage

I bought this on a whim when trying to establish a good milk supply for my very hungry preemie with an initially poor latch. It worked! I love how it collects alllll my letdown. It's fairly comfortable and quite efficient when used during feeding.
My MCHN doesn't like them; she said when he goes to feed on that boob for dessert, he might be more fussy as he has to work harder for the milk. I agree with her - he was, but that was only initially. Now he's getting bigger he's latching and sucking far more efficiently, and barring me being empty, he doesn't have any issues.
Side note - so easy to clean. Time saver in that regard for sure!
I'll keep an eye on it just in case but this is a total winner in my book so far.

Such a relief to have found this product! Catches all my let down making sure my baby gets all my milk letting no milk go to waste. Size is convenient allowing me to use on one breast while baby nurses on other. Wouldn’t use any other brand and I Highly recommend !
