I would say this is best for let down catching. I use mine when I feed to catch the milk from the other side. It helps with keeping up supply or relief when I have too much milk. It’s easy to wash. I also like the suction on the bottom so it doesn’t get knocked over when left on bedside table.

Used it a lot during the first 2 months to build supply. Very handy, just need to attach to breast to collect letdown while breastfeeding on the other side. It's a quick way to express milk, easy to clean unlike breast pump which has lots of parts to clean after use. Highly recommend if you'd like to build supply at the start.
