We love our ikea cot! Purchased initially for our niece to stay in when visiting from the other side of the country and now being passed on to our little one to use. We love the colour, it’s great that it has two heights and can also be converted to a toddler bed. This cot is affordable and sturdy.

There was nothing wrong with this cot. It was easy to put together, suited our decor perfectly, the mattress from IKEA fit it perfectly as did more standard-sized cot sheets. I liked that the base had two levels and we tried it on both levels.

However, my baby just refused to sleep in it. She spent a lot of time screaming in it. Bit the top of it in frustration, but something about being in a cot really offended her. Eventually, we put the mattress on the floor in a babyproofed room and she was much happier. Unfortunately, it did not have a very high resale value, even though it hadn't really been used.

We love this cot, it was easy to put together, is sturdy and good quality wood and being a simple design matches the nursery perfectly. It can have the mattress at two different heights as baby is growing and is very well priced for such a great product, I would highly recommend!
