This was the one big item I decided to buy new for my first baby and after a month of sleepless nights I can’t confidently say this chair has been incredible. It didn’t hurt my stitches to sit in it, the first few days of postpartum and my husband is in love with the chair too

Customer service deleted my review on main page. Which was -

Can’t get the side head rest down
Itchy
Seat so hard
Arm rest could be softer
Back posture when feet are up are terrible if you want to fit on the seat you slide down
Backing could be thicker and more cushioned you have to sit off the back for your legs to dangle over. I’m not short either

It’s unfortunate because it looks so nice

I was so excited for this to arrive and that quickly turned to disappointment.
Sounds clicky.
Can't get the side head rest down (customer service called once and said they’d call back with help and they never called again)
still not in the right position though.
Itchy as and I don't have sensitive skin at all.
Seat and arm rest so hard and could be
softer.

This was quite a dear purchase, but was really after a rocker recliner which was quite limited in the market. Only comes in light colours, which I wasn’t overly keen on so have placed a throw over the rocker. Love the deep recline, it’s not very practical during feeds but great for day time nap without bubs. The glider is very smooth so makes rocking very enjoyable. Overall, it was worth the price because I saw alternative uses for it, but alone as a nursing chair I’m sure there are similar quality chairs without the high price tag.
