I absolutely love my Joie armour FX for my toddler. It is so easy to install and remove using the isofix clips. I didn’t love it for my child when she was rear facing as the top tether is an absolute pan to get bub in and out of the seat and it is not easily adjustable. Although now she is forward facing the seat is amazing and suits our family very well. Our child is above average height and still has plenty of room to grow. She is always comfortable and loves getting into her seat.

We purchased this car seat from Baby Bunting before Bub was born at the recommendation of the sales rep. We wanted something within our budget that had the additional head protection in the case of a collision and this was the clear winner. Thankfully we haven’t had any mishaps but Bub seems very secure and comfortable in his seat and we even ended up purchasing a different car seat by Joie for my husband’s car. We feel it was great value for money and a good purchase.
A few things to note: when Bub was first born even with the newborn insert we felt he was just too small for the seat, but he quickly grew into it, and it could have been first time parents being overly anxious.
The straps get tangled pretty easily but I’m not sure if this is because of how we’ve installed it and maybe done something wrong, but it’s an easy fix.
The car seat does get pretty warm, especially since we have him rear facing still, due to the additional padding. We’ve put in a portable fan to keep him cool in summer, so it’s not a big issue and I would rather have the peace of mind of having the padding.

Love this seat, it's very spacious for baby due to its size. If you have lots of room in your car I would recommend. Easy to install rear facing and forward facing. Easy to take off, wash and change the covers when baby has an accident. Easy to adjust headrest height. Also love the gap where you can tuck the seat belt into the sides so it doesn't get tangled getting baby in and out.
