Whilst I can’t say I used them regularly I used them often enough to feel they had value. Great to ease the inevitable ouchies that come with breastfeeding and pumping especially in the earlier months when you and baby are still learning. Great to be used in multiple ways with option to cool or heat.

I use these for pumping whilst at work and it really helps me produce more. They are very comfortable and fit well around the pump. The only downside is that you have to heat really slowly and after about a month of consistent heating 4 times a day 3 days a week the skin broke and gel went everywhere.

This hot and cold pack made for breasts is amazing! I had mastitis a couple of times and this pack really helped with the pain and engorgement. When i find out friends are pregnant, I like to get them this as a present as everyone I know has suffered engorged breasts at least once postpartum.
