I had an infection when I was breastfeeding after I gave birth and I had to take antibiotics so I took this and it worked well. I was able to have what I needed without risking my baby getting chemicals/ingredients they shouldn’t be. It also helped me with extra minerals. Highly recommend.

I used the pregnancy probiotic and then used the breastfeeding probiotics also. I found them easy to take daily as it is a capsule. I think they transferred well to bub as we took them through winter and he had no illness and his tummy didnt have any pains which was ouir biggest issues.

I'm not too sure of the quality of this product and whether it works well. However, I've used it for some time (on and off) and really can't feel a difference. I heard this was one of the best in the market. But i'm genuinely unsure of whether it actually makes a difference to my gut as I feel no different
