I developed thrush for the first time in my life while pregnant so started taking these and continued throughout my pregnancy with no repeat instances! I’ve now ordered their breastfeeding version to continue taking after having some nipple infections and using antibiotic and antifungal ointment on them for a couple of weeks.

I added these to my daily vitamins etc from around 30 weeks pregnant as recommended by my midwives. They are easy to swallow and have no taste. An easy additive with multiple health benefits. I would recommend these to any pregnant woman, especially if having to take antibiotics or other medications.

I took these Probiotics during my first pregnancy after suffering a few recurring medical issues and needing medication. These were recommended by the pharmacist and whilst I did not feel any different when taking them, I did find the recurring medical issues resolved. I took them again during my second pregnancy as a precaution and had none of the issues I experienced in my first pregnancy. Given I had no side effects to taking these I would happily recommend these to any pregnant woman to take as a precaution and help your body through pregnancy.
