My son loves all the favours of the biscuits, including their fun design - he would read out the letters to me and we would talk about it. I loved how they were crunchy/crispy enough but also soft enough that it would be easily chewed in the mouth - perfect consistency. Unfortunately I cannot find them in Woolworths anymore which is a huge shame as they were so loved by my toddler.

When introducing my son to solids, we had a tricky time because he is allergic to egg and many biscuits products in the mainstream aisle contain it. So I was super stoked to stumble upon Little Bellies and particularly the Organic Oat and Raisin flavour.

For a good 6 months, this was the only snack my son was eating, he enjoyed them that much. Even at $5.50 a box, I would buy them because I knew he’d have no reactions and he loved them that much.

Unfortunately, late last year I found they had disappeared from the shelves at Woolworths and Coles. I contacted Little Bellies and they notified me they had been discontinued and I was gutted.

What I loved about the Little Bellies Oat and Raisin ABC’s is the cute design that got my son interested in letters and me spelling him words. He didn’t even hesitate to eat them, he’d grab them from the bowl himself when watching tv or playing. And being allergen friendly is a big plus.

With another baby on the way I’d love to see this flavour return. My son tried the other flavours and enjoyed them, but not like this flavour. So much so we’ve stopped purchasing Little Bellies altogether.

Otherwise I would recommend other Little Bellies products to parents looking for healthy, allergen friendly snacks for their toddlers.

We had tried the other biscuit flavour of little bellies which my toddler loved so was keen to give these a try and again they were a bit hit. I also loved these ones had the alphabet on them so great for learning and eating! Wholegrain and tasty! Great win!
