The product says it is good for nappy rashes, but we haven’t tried it for that purpose. It seemed to be too thin for the nappy area. However is is great to treat rashes on other areas of the body. My son had a rash that would not go away for weeks and after 2 days of apply this cream, it was nearly gone.

Used this on my daughters nappy rash and it was gone by next change. It is not as thick as other nappy rash creams so I find it absorbs well and heals quickly. It also doesn’t leave that yucky white residue. I also used it on a mozzie bite and it worked wonders.
