I used this pillow under my belly to provide support late in pregnancy while sleeping. It did the job and gave me support, it was easy to move around with me as I moved in bed. I did find that I could just use regular pillows for basically the same effect.

I used this to wedge behind my back in order to stop me turning fully on my back. I am orginally a back sleeper so to be told I can't sleep on my back when pregnant this was a life saver. I was able to be on a lean instead of laying fully flat which was enough for me to be really comfortable without worrying I was going to lay on my back fully in my sleep.
