This pillow was great to have during the first few weeks when my babies were born, especially because they were very small and light to place on top of the pillow. They are 7 weeks now and their legs hang off the back a little. with that said, it is more comfortable to use than any regular pillow. Its soft surface and cushion I believe make it comfortable for babies too. I still feel like I have to hunch over to feed them though.

This is a good pillow to breastfeed twins. The surface is soft. It has a washable cover. The foam stays firm. I used it for 8 months. I still had to put a pillow behind my back because the gap was quite big to the couch. But that wasn’t a problem. I didn’t need the attached pocket. The pillow is quite big. But not to forget it’s for breastfeeding two babies.

This is good for newborns but once they're bigger it's a bit awkward to keep them on and in a good position. My milk dried up around 4 months and then I wished I'd bought the twin Z because that's also good for bottle feeding and propping them up or doing tummy time.
