These were great at providing instant cooling relief to sore nipples. They fit great and are not noticeable. However, they do get stuck to the nipple so make for a tricky removal, especially on damaged nipples. So be careful if you have damaged nipples using these as there are better ones out there.

I was gifted a sample of these breast pads. Upon using them I found them to be very thin and sticky and very comfortable to wear; I couldn't even feel that I had them on. They were nice and cooling which would be nice and soothing for the nipples in the early days of breastfeeding. But I found that when I removed them they curled up and stuck to themselves so I wasn't able to get more than one wear from a set.

Got this sample from bump box, and tried it when I had sore nipple from milk bleb. This aqua gel is thin and very flexible, and sticks to your breast very well. It has an instant cooling sensation that can relief the pain instantly, however when you took it off, it got stuck on the nipple and made it more damage.
