These are great. I used it every day, and it worked well. It stored some memory and had a rating system so you knew where your blood pressure was. It also came with different cuff sizes. It is imperative that you know you have good blood pressure when you are pregnant for your and bub’s safety.

So when I fell pregnant, my blood pressure was tracking on the higher side. The Doctor recommended that I need to measure my blood pressure every day to keep a track of things having a strong family history of BP. We saw the Doc using Omron Blood Pressure Monitor and we didn't look for any other options, but picked the same brand. It is so small and handy. Very convenient to use. Just press a button and within a few seconds you know what your BP is tracking like. It does give accurate results and provides a great sense of relief rather than rushing to the Doc every day to check this. We picked the lower version (pic attached) and costed just 100 dollars. You do have the option to save your reading (in-built) to re-check at a later date. The bluetooth version is the updated version. This means you do have variants available to suit your pocket. All in all, it's a great product.
