It is my first time to use this product because I have seen really good reviews and honestly, it did not disappoint. It absorbs well and does not smell foul. I used it a few months after delivery when I feel like my bladder is still kind of weak from the pregancy which keeps me dribble when I sneeze. Worth a try.

The extra long liners are not as comfortable as the smaller liners however I tried them, they just not for me. I guess if you have a real leaking problem then they would be amazing because they protect from front to back. These are well priced and easy to find in local supermarkets.
